How could this be helpful for library staff? This ability is useful to other staff members if they want to look at the document and edit it, or the document is being used for training purposes and many staff members can log on and view it.

Students and other patrons? If my document, or information that I had stored was needed for a training purpose for students , exp: entry level test practice test for students entering into 9th grade. Or a poll asking patrons to rate our services.

Presentations and programs? I think I answered this already.
